We use a custom assessment process to look at your home, and energy use, holistically. We review your energy bills, look at the thermal and energy efficiency of the home and disucss your goals and budget before writing a tailored report. We will also be offering NatHERS Existing Home visits from August 2026.
Most importantly - we are here to listen to your concerns and help provide a path forward for your household.

Home Energy & Thermal Assessment
from $490 (for 3bdr home)
An assessment takes ~2 hours, and starts with us talking to you about your motivations and goals.
We can help clarify your energy bills (electrcity, gas), show your where its being used, and discuss ways of reduing your use and costs.
Following this we collect information about the building envelope and your homes fixed energy-using appliances. We will take pictures of these features.
We’ll discuss any recommended energy and thermal improvements, to improve comfort and reduce running costs, along with highlighting any rebates or financial incentives available.
Price includes site visit, consultation and report with follow up conversation (bigger homes may cost more).
NOTE: We take a holistic approach by not only looking at your electricity, but can also focus on your gas, firewood, petrol, diesel and water to see where to best target changes.
City of Charles Sturt residents
Apply today for the Energy and Climate Change Assessment Grant
This program offers energy efficiency assessments to all residents in the Charles Sturt Council area of South Australia.
It includes a detailed report with cost-effective recommendations for reducing energy consumption, alleviating energy costs, and supporting the transition to a low-emission future. As well as raising awareness around known climate change risks at the household level (e.g. preparing for extreme heat).
Key outcomes inlcude an assessment report, a climate resilience conversation and an energy bill review.
