Home Scorecard Assessment Report

A Scorecard Assessment takes roughly 2 hours, and starts with us talking to you about your motivations and goals.
Following this we collect particulars about the building envelope and its fixed appliances. These details are entered into the National Scorecard tool, along with any supporting evidence (pictures, plans, receipts).
From this we are able to provide you with your accredited certificate, a star rating and report.
Finally we’ll discuss any recommended energy & thermal improvements, to improve comfort and reduce running costs, along with highlighting any rebates or financial incentives available.
Additionally, we can create a variation report which models the impact of any recommended changes, allowing you to see where the ‘biggest bang for buck’ is. +$75
Home Energy & Utility Bill Audit
from $300 for home visit and quick summary to $475 (3bdr) for full tailored report
If you are confused by your utility bills (energy, gas, water), want to know more about where its all being used, and why is it so much, this can be helpful.
We take a holistic approach by not only looking at your electricity, but can also focus on your gas, firewood, petrol, diesel & water to see where to best target changes.
While we are spending time on your home and energy costs this is a great option to look a bit deeper.

This program offers energy efficiency assessments to all residents in the Charles Sturt Council area of SA.
It includes a detailed report with cost-effective recommendations for reducing energy consumption, alleviating energy costs, and supporting the transition to a low-emission future. As well as raising awareness around known climate change risks at the household level (e.g. preparing for extreme heat).
Key outcomes inlcude a Scoreacrd assessment, a climate resilience conversation and an energy bill review.
